Linnius Construction is a full service general contractor serving Central Oregon’s residential and commercial clients. We have 65 years total experience, and are fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Linnius (Lynn-E-US) is named after my grandfather Linnius A. Hanson. He was a WWII veteran and farmer.As a family we take care of our employees, pay a living wage, and provide healthcare benefits.
Grant Hanson is the owner of Linnius Construction. He grew up on a farm, and loves tinkering, exploring,and making a client’s vision become reality. Grant can be seen helping in all aspects of the business, he especially loves to see quality of life improvements through remodeling. Grant also owns a local furniture company, Natural Edge Furniture. In his free time, he loves spending time with his wife, Carri, and their three children.
Tracy Husbands knew from the moment he started building forts in his parents’ living room that he loved to construct things. We’re not talking a blanket fort here—Tracy nailed walls into the hardwood and cut up the coffee table to use as a roof. In his 40 years in the building and remodeling trade Tracy has built dams, bridges, water-treatment plants, more custom homes than he can count, and has been named Oregon Contractor of the Year. His favorite part of the job? Taking someone’s dream, putting it on paper, and then making it real.
Ryan keeps our crews and projects organized and on track. With over 15 years ofexperience in the remodeling industry, he is a huge help to clients with product selection,remodel design, and value engineering. He is an Oregon State grad, outdoor enthusiast,and is not one to miss out on a good coffee or beer.
